Peter's 3rd Birthday

Peter had a good birthday.  He’s so easy to please.  We could have given him just the Buzz Lightyear and he would have been fine with that.  It’s good that we got him other things though so that Jimmy had something to play with.  Jimmy had a hard time with it being Peter’s day and not his.

After playing with his toys for a while he rode his bike to the park.  I brought along crackers, juice and sidewalk chalk.  I taught them about hop-scotch.  They kinda got the idea.  It was fun to watch them throw the rock and hop all over the side walk.

Peter got to pick out a movie to watch (Buzz Lightyear of course), while I made the cake.  They helped with taste testing the batter.

After cake and dinner we whacked away at a piñata that Jimmy and I made but we got a little carried away with the tape and glue so James had to break it open for us.

I got a little carried away with the frosting.  It was really yummy though.
