Christmas Morning

Jimmy was so excited when he unwrapped his Rescue Pack (from the cartoon Go, Diego, Go).  He immediately opened the pack looking for all the cool stuff that was supposed to be in there, and with a confused look says, “where did it go?”

Mmmm…Christmas chocolates

Christmas Tree

So it was the 23rd and we still didn’t have a tree.  We’d almost given up on the idea.  It was nice not having to worry about the kids breaking the ornaments or breaking their necks trying to climb the tree, etc.
But then Jimmy asked me “where’s our tree?”  So I thought for a minute [...]

I Should Have Knocked On Wood

Last week when I bragged about how great my kids were I should have knocked on wood. This week they’ve been little monsters. Constantly fight, crying, biting, etc. Jimmy even ran away from me at the mall the other day going up and down the escalators. If it wasn’t for a [...]

Enfermos

It’s that time of year….no I’m not talking about Christmas.  I’m talking about getting sick.  I feel like I slept most of November.  There was a week in the middle of November where it felt like a never ending Saturday morning, hanging out in our pajamas and watching cartoons.
We’re all starting to feel a lot [...]

Your Majesty

It was so funny.  This morning Jimmy comes out of his room with his blanket over his shoulders and announces to me, “Mommy, I’m ‘your majesty’” and does a cute little nod.  Totally cracked me up.  So for lunch I took the boys to Burger King to get crowns.
