With Christmas around the corner every store is extra full of toys, treats, and any little thing that a kid could want.
Every time I’ve taken the kids to the store in the last few weeks we’ve left with them crying and screaming because we didn’t get the big $100 talking Elmo, or the Buzz Lightyear [...]
Sadly….I think the time has come. My boys no longer take regular naps. Right after Jimmy’s 4th birthday he decided no more naps. In the last week or two Peter has taken fewer and fewer naps.

Peter has truly become my big helper. He’s figured out that he can do so many things and loves to try new things. He loves to help me out.

About a month ago I downloaded season 3 of the Backyardigans. The boys have really loved it.
I’m busy making them Tyrone the Moose and Pablo the Penguin costumes. They haven’t seen them yet. I’m excited to show them when I’m done making them. I just hope I can get them done in time for Halloween.
We’ve been potty training Peter over the last few months. For the most part he’s done really well. For the last few weeks, half of the time he would do awesome, but the other half of the time he would have 3 or 4 accidents in a day.

I was going through the boy’s baby books today and updating a few things. I just wrote in Jimmy’s book about his 4th birthday and his first day of school….then I turned the page and….that was it….

We finally got Jimmy’s bike fixed this week. The poor kid, he got a flat tire only two weeks after his birthday.
It took me forever to find a place to buy inner-tubs. I also needed to find tools. James helped with the muscle.

Boys are so wild and crazy, but a lot of fun. My sweet little boys have an amazing talent for breaking things. It doesn’t matter if they know they’ll get in trouble or if it’s their favorite toy. Nothing is free from their terror.
